At LePrince Fine Art, we stand behind the quality of our original artwork and are committed to ensuring that each piece arrives in perfect condition. Please review our return policy below:
Sales Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of items that arrive damaged or items sold "on approval."
Damaged Items
If an artwork arrives damaged, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Please contact us immediately upon noticing any damage, and retain all packaging materials. We will assess the situation and either arrange for repair or issue a full refund as appropriate.
Items Sold "On Approval"
For items sold "on approval," returns are accepted within the agreed timeframe, provided the artwork is returned in its original, undamaged condition. Please ensure the piece is securely packed for return shipping.
Processing Time
For any eligible returns, please allow up to 5 business days after we receive the artwork for processing.
